What you will learn during your PADI Dry Suit Diver course:
- The various types of wetsuits and drysuits and underwear and how to treat them
- Procedures and techniques for diving with a dry suit
- Possible problems with diving with a dry suit and how to solve them
- Maintenance and minor repairs of a dry suit
- How to control buoyancy with a dry suit
The PADI Dry Suit Diver course is divided into three main parts:
- Knowledge development (individual and classroom study)
- A pool dive to learn the skills for the use of a dry suit
- Two dives in open water to practice the skills of diving with a dry suit

By completing your course you will receive your PADI Dry Suit Diver specialty certification. Some dive centers and some dive sites require a Dry Suit Diver license to dive in cold waters.
